This has not been a fun week for Lindsay Lohan and now it’s time to pay the piper. Lilo, who FINALLY showed up to court (albeit 10 minutes late) for her hearing, was ordered by the judge to keep away from drugs and booze and was fitted with a new accessory! An ankle-SCRAM device designed to monitor her substance abuse. She was also ordered to undergo random drug testing at a very minimum of once per week. On top of that, Linds must show up to all the alcohol-education classes that have been scheduled for her. We wonder if the poor girl can do this, since she has so much trouble just showing up for court! Click through the gallery to see her arriving and departing the courthouse this morning.

Listen up Hollywood screenwriters, we are talking to you! Get to writing a script following the life and story of the GORGEOUS Debbie Harry! The Blondie singer has definitely made her mark in music and we’d love to see it on the big screen! Brad Elterman took this iconic image of Debbie Harry in 1977 at a taping for The Midnight Special in Burbank and it got us thinking who could be the perfect person to play Debbie in the film.
