Kim Gets a Ticket

Kim Kardashian shopped at Ralphs supermarket yesterday and got a little surprise in the parking lot! Kim was stopped by the Sheriff’s department and was ticketed for not having license plates on her black Range Rover SUV! Naughty, naughty.
