Russell Brand and Katy Perry ate a little lunch at Dusty’s Bistro yesterday before the Golden Globes. The newly engaged couple looked very much in love as Katy showed off her new sparkler on her left hand as they shopped around Sunset Blvd.. While they shopped, a cop left a parking ticket on Russell’s car! Oops!
