Bethenny Frankel Takes it All On in Miami

Natural food chef Bethenny Frankel, pregnant and in Louboutin high heels, arrives at 5th Street and Ocean Drive to give away health sandwiches in partnership with Pepperidge Farm in Miami Beach. Bethenny just signed a deal to star in her own reality TV series called “Bethenny’s Getting Married” on Bravo TV. Just curious…what’s that odd sore on Bethenny’s lower lip? Check out her whopper engagement ring!
