Normally Kate Bosworth knows how to dress up and pull it off, but we caught her as she had lunch with a female friends at Joan’s On Third Restaurant looking like this hot mess. What is she wearing? She could have at least ran a comb through her hair. And her shoes look like Ed Hardy had too much to drink at a Christmas party and threw up all over some gladiator sandals.
