Amanda Bynes couldn’t look more glamorous as she attends a private party hosted by QVC and Rachel Zoe. The Party was held after hours at the fashion tents in Bryant Park. The event was cocktail party to promote Rachel Zoe’s new clothing line. At the party Amanda chatted with Hilary Duff and Joanna Garcia.
