That outfit is tres cheap. The outfit looks like undergarments. The skirt is too short and flimsy. The top is too negligee-ish
She needs richer lipstick to match the skirt. The gothic eyeliner is not a day look.
The French manicure is an iffy choice, though if it means she’s going to match hot pink polish with that atrocious skirt then, stick with the French manicure.
