The Nanny EXCLUSIVE!

Fran Drescher had no problem wearing saggy white sweat pants and a tiny white shirt covered only with a small denium jacket with no makeup on in public. Fran also appeared to have lumpy grey boots on while walking with her dog and boyfriend in the hot summer weather a day after the Fourth Of July Celebration in Malibu, California.
