Bethenny Frankel stopped in Skirt a trendy clothing boutique in BrynMawr, PA. to promote her book “Naturally Thin” in New York City, New York. Bethenny signed copies of her book for Pennsylvania’s Main Line residents. The day was a success as the store sold out completely of Bethenny’s book.
