We caught the bombshell blonde looking lovely and relaxed as she spent the late afternoon on the beach in Santa Monica, California. Tara has been out of…rehab just a scant three months, and already she is looking healthy and well. Tara had fun throwing the old pigskin around with a friend, and later cuddled her cute puppy.
