Miley is Smiley, as Always

We’ve never seen Miley Cyrus so much as frown around the paparazzi – honestly this girl is like our best friend. She was in great spirits despite being photographed, and laughed while going for a jog after…leaving a friends nearby home in Toluca Lake California. Sometimes we forget that Miley really is just a kid, which is partly why she still loves the cameras. Lets see if she’s still smiling at 19!
