Steve-O was looking positively radiant when he arrived at Perez Hilton’s 31st Birthday at the Viper Room in Los Angeles, California a couple days ago. Steve-O arrived with a group of friends for the birthday bash and seemed to be having a great time. He laughed and joked with celebrities and photographers as he entered the event.
