John Lithgow at Il Sole

TV and stage star John Lithgow and his wife Mary Yeager enjoyed a delicious dinner at Il Sole Restaurant a few nights ago in West Hollywood, California. They attended at the same time as John’s Broadway castmate Katie Holmes – perhaps the two wanted to catch up in L.A.? John was in high spirits as he left the restaurant. He opened the door for his wife and paid the valet with a twenty dollar bill. Thanks to Il Sole for always playing kind host to many stars and photogs alike.

Hilary is Happy with her Hermes

The tween star of Lizzie Maguire that was Hilary Duff seems to have been lost along the way, somewhere. In her place is a lovely young woman who continues to get lovelier in our opinion. Hilary exited the Byron and Tracey hair salon after having her hair styled and colored a few days ago in Beverly Hills, California. Hillary was escorted by a mystery male companion to her car. Love that Hermes bag – you don’t catch much of young Hollywood with Hermes, and we like that Hil wants to be a bit different.

Mariska Wants a Change

Law & Order SVU star and general Hollywood royalty member Mariska Hargitay and her husband were on hand a few nights ago in New York City. We managed to snap a few fotos as the two exited the Nederlander theater after attending the opening night for the Broadway classic Guys and Dolls. Mariska is well known to have an intense love for Broadway. Maybe she gets tired of all the dead bodies and disturbing incidents in her day job!

Matt Dillon Would Pose For Us All Day

It really seems like yesterday that Matt Dillon walked into our Buzz Foto living room in 1980 and spent a couple of hours posing for photographs. Back then, we worked for all of the teen magazines and had a blast. You would not dream of taking a paparazzi photo of Matt, David Cassidy or Leif Garrett in those days. No one would publish the shots since the magazines had all the access they wanted with celebrities and the stars would pose up a storm. Now with today’s stars, you can not get the access so paparazzi is all the rage. See what the talent has created?

Gerald McCulloch Freezes For Photos!

Justin ran into CSI star Gerald McCulloch today on the freezing streets of New York. Gerald was delighted to work with Justin on these really cool photographs. Interesting how many wonderful photos have been taken on the freezing cold streets of New York. Remember the photo that Dennis Stock took of James Dean on a cold wet day in New York’s Time’s Square?

Do not miss Martin Cohen’s vibrant photos at Equator Books in Venice. The exhibition is entitled Mi Buenos Aires Querido, The Peso And The People and it runs though April 4. The opening night reception was fun and full of great photo oops.
