Lindsay Lohan’s Selling Point

Lindsay Lohan’s life isn’t exactly smooth sailing right now.

We of course, refer to this.

So we speculate whether or not it’s the upheaval in her personal life, or perhaps the bad economy that is making Actress Lindsay Lohan sell her 40th floor apartment in the Atelier building. She’s selling the place for $1.25 million located at 627 42nd Street in New York City, New York.

The New York Post real estate columnist Bradon Keil reported on March 29, 2007 that “the developers merely offered to let her use an apartment there to give the project some star power.” Hmmm…not sure where the truth lies, but the building is real!

Lazy Sunday for Jessica, Cash, and Honor

Jessica Alba spent the afternoon out and about yesterday with her husband Cash Warren and daughter Honor. The threesome had lunch at Nate and Al’s Restaurant in Los Angeles, California. The little family then walked through the crowded street and back to a parking garage where they found their car. Both Cash and Jessica were dressed down in their weekend duds, and little Honor Marie seemed rather fascinated with the cameras. Cash did the manly thing by toting the Fendi diaper bag into the restaurant.

Piven Power!

Jeremy Piven was looking his usual smarmy self when we saw him yesterday, exiting the very tasty Toast Restaurant in Los Angeles, California. The Pivster left the restaurant alone (shocking!) after having an afternoon lunch. Why so alone, Jeremy? We’re a bit disappointed that he didn’t leave with several lovelies on his arm. He tried to make a quiet exit out the back entrance of the restaurant as he walked to his SUV in the parking lot. Trust us, Jeremy. You were not made for quiet exits.

Kanye and His Blooming Rose

The extremely talented Kanye West decided to take a break from rap and enjoy the (supposed) finer things in life. Kanye and his strikingly lovely girlfriend Amber Rose arrived at the Metropolitan Opera’s 125th Gala performance at Lincoln Center in New York City, New York yesterday for a bit of culture. We think that Kanye is one of the most talented guys in the music biz right now, and his choice in girlfriend only shows off more good taste!

Perez Just Dance

We think this foto of our friend Perez Hilton is just too cute and funny not to pass along. Perez gleefully attended the star-studded Lady Gaga concert in L.A. over the weekend. He was looking very excited indeed when we saw him later that night, and we love his expression in this foto. No wonder he was looking so pumped – P. loves Lady Gaga like burning.

Mary Kate is All Violet

Actress and entrepreneur Mary Kate Olsen made a fairly rare appearance alongside her boyfriend, Nate Lowman yesterday as the two arrived at the Metropolitan Opera’s 125th Gala performance at Lincoln Center in New York City, New York. We had to do a double take when we saw Mary Kate – she seems to be channeling a young Courtney Love with her look here. Not sure if we’re a fan, Mary Kate!
