Poor Lindsay! Yesterday was not a good day for the star! Not only is an arrest warrant out for her that was issued by the Beverly Hills Superior Court on Friday, related to her 2007 DUI and hit-and-run case, but now we’ve snapped Paparazzi, fans and tour vans that were crowding the front of Samantha Ronson’s home.

Why? Police were called and arrived in regards to an alleged call of a disturbance. A window was also broken out at the home during an alleged verbal altercation.

We wonder what on earth is going on? First and arrest warrant and then what looks like a violent fight? We thought things had started to settle down for Lindsay! And look at the media circus outside her house!
While the exact nature of the arrest warrant charge is unknown, arrest warrants can be issued for any number of infractions, including minor administrative problems like failing to update an address. Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, called the warrant “a misunderstanding,” and said that she has been complying with the terms of her probation.
