Mariah Carey to Buy the Most Expensive House in the World?

Mariah Carey has announced plans to make a move from the East Coast to head West, and it could cost her!

You know you’re rich when you want to buy a house that has its own name. (We actually wouldn’t be surprised if this house had its own area code!)

Mariah Carey isn’t hit by these hard economic times because she could plunk down $125 million for Fleur deLys. Fleur de Lys is the name of the World’s most expensive mansion, and it sits in the green mountains of Beverly Hills.

Sources say Mariah and her hubby Nick Cannon have spent three months house hunting and are ready to bid on the pricey digs. (No word yet on what she is actually paying for the pad.)
The record breaking estate was built by a Texan billionaire, David Saperstein and features 15 bedrooms, a 50-seat cinema, staff quarters for 10, a nine-car garage and a private jogging track.
