Actor and first-time director Philip Seymour Hoffman was all bundled up against the cold yesterday as we saw him stroll to the set of his latest play Jack Goes Boating. Rehearsal was taking place in the West Village in New York City, New York, which is no surprise. Hoffman is well-known as being a fan of the City. What is he not a fan of? Being shot candid.
