Blind Item #74: You Never Call Me When You’re Sober

Just as one of these gross-out, former MTV stars gets sober, another falls off the wagon. Sad, especially considering his somewhat-serious GF left the house due to his substance relapse, and many say that she was the only thing keeping him alive.
