Shave It All Off, Spencer

There he is, the man that America loves to hate. A rather unshaven Spencer Pratt looked very unkept while putting change in a street meter before heading into a Dermalogica office building via the alley way back door. Spencer was busily texting on his cell phone as The Hills baddie ran errands around Santa Monica, California. We wish that Spencer would just shave that whole goat off the next time he goes in for a trim. It’s creeping us out.
