It’s Always Celeb Night at One Sunset

Jesse Metcalfe has gotten a lot of bad press for his less-than-stellar rack o’ abs these days. But Jesse was having a splurge night a few days ago when he spent a night out at One Sunset Restaurant Nightclub. Jesse wore a black beanie as he dined at the chic spot in West Hollywood, California. Sorry, Jesse – the beanie belongs to the younger generation of Robs and Zachs. Time to graduate to a fedora, we think.

Hilarious Harry

Harry Shearer has a hilarious history. Our favorites are his turn in Spinal Tap and, of course, his fabulous work on The Simpsons, where he is best known for being the voice of Principal Skinner. We saw Harry in the flesh outside the Radio 2 Building yesterday in London, England. Harry carried a notebook and sunglasses as he smiled for the cameras on a cold chilly day.

On The Beach With Jason Dottley Today!

We fell in love with him when we first saw his foto and now we bring you the adorable breakout star of the internationally sensational TV show “Sordid Lives: The Series,” Jason Dottley! We’re already sure you love him too! How could you not? Jason has 2009 kicked off into high gear! Last week he shared billing with Kim Kardashian and Perez Hilton starring in the Weho Awards, and now after club bookings at the Yacht Club in Birmingham this weekend and hosting the hottest drag show in the nation’s Valentine’s show at the Rose Room in Dallas the following, Jason Dottley will return to L.A. to finish his first dance single “Take Me Away” produced by controversial Grammy, Emmy and Dove award-winning producer Joe Hogue! (You might remember Joe Hogue who was arrested in Tennessee for coming out to his son.)
“Take Me Away” is set for release in March. Jason is also rumored to be co-starring in a new movie “Tainted Love” which begins filming this Spring. Internet rumors also broke out last week that he is working on a new project with Delta Burke and Del Shores called “Addictions”.
Jason Dottley also personally took on the Florida Family Association’s call to advertisers to boycott “Sordid Lives: The Series” and their attack on him and his family by posting a youtube.com video exposing the story and the phone call he had with Florida Family’s executive director David Caton. The video has been viewed by thousands and bloggers from here to Spain have covered the story.

Rachel Has Admirers

Rachel Bilson was all sorts of adorable yesterday when we saw her out for a stroll. The Jumper starlet got an admiring look from a UPS driver as she strolled in Los Angeles, California. Rachel also got a smoothie from Robek’s and walked pridefully and sexily down the street in a short red mini skirt and a white shirt with a vest. She carried a large Temperley London designer handbag. Lookin’ good, Rachel!

Rodney is Rehabbed

Rodney King signed an autograph yesterday saying, ‘Can We All Get Along’ after having dinner at Caretta Cafe and Restaurant in Beverly Hills, California yesterday. Rodney mentioned that he had not been in Los Angeles County for about 10 years as he chatted with our photographer. Rodney was looking youthful and happy. Rodney King, in 1991, was the victim of excessive police brutality committed by Los Angeles Police Officers, which sparked the 1992 Los Angeles Riots. There was footage showing LAPD officers repeatedly striking Rodney Glen King with their batons, of which a portion of the footage was aired by news agencies around the world causing public outrage that raised tensions between the black community and the LAPD and increased anger over police brutality and issues such as unemployment, racial tension, and poverty in the black community.

It’s A Family Affair

Once in a blue moon, we will catch the Affleck family together, though it’s usually just Jen and Violet. So we felt pleased indeed to capture Jen Garner and Ben Affleck out and about yesterday. The lovely duo picked up their daughter Violet from school yesterday in Santa Monica California. Jennifer carried Violets colorful drawings and pink/white backpack. Missing was the newest addition to the family, but we have high hopes for a family portrait soon.

Taylor Improves

Taylor Momsen was looking better than we’ve seen her in ages, by the color of these fotos. The Gossip Giril made a visit to the Missoni store on Madison Avenue for some late night shopping yesterday. While she was there, she bumped into Blake Lively while filming a scene from Gossip Girl in New York City, New York. Glad to see you perking up, Little J!
