You Can Always Take Better Fotos!

We were in London a couple of weeks ago digging though the files at some of the magazines and found this print of our pal Steve Jones from the Sex Pistols. We took this photo at the end of the Pistols tour when Steve had returned to Los Angeles. The photo session took place in our swimming pool over at 999 N. Dohney. This was the best building in town and loaded with celebrities, groupies and the best looking hookers in town.

Steve was never the one for being shy, as you can see. He did not give a shit! He still does not give a shit and we remains a close friends today. The picture is nice, but not perfect. We just wish we knew a bit more about composition back then, but what the heck, we were all of 18 years old! Enjoy.

Lita Ford from The Runaways is gonna flip when she sees this cosmic photo with her parents which we took at their Long Beach home taken in 1977. We have not seen Lita in decades, but we know that with the power of Buzz Foto and the internet, this photograph will find its way to her computer within hours. Just you watch!

Photos Are Iconic Forever!!

We just came across a vintage print of this classic Cher photo taken at a Jesse Winchester sponsored by Warner Bros Records in 1978. We were probably hired by the record company to take the photos. We were always hired by the PR or the record company back in those days. This was when Cher had just broke up with Greg Allman and everyone wanted to see who she would be dating next. The photo wound up in the back pages of People mag and we collected a grand fifty bucks for the shot. What made People mag run this photo? The bottle of beer of course!

In A World Of Perfect Photos!!

Wouldn’t be nice to live in a world with perfect photos? Hey, we can’t complain as we run a really tight ship over here and we are surrounded with beautiful photos all day long. We only work with the best paparazzi talent in the industry today. We enjoy training new photographers, but they must show some initial talent and more importantly enthusiasm for their craft. We are not about the fast buck!

Back to perfect photos. Just take a look at this classic that Christopher Peterson made this week of Hugh Jackman as he left his favorite coffee shop in the greatest city in the world, New York! It is a pleasure who work with such a talented team of paparazzi at Buzz Foto.

Seems like our readers and client base are endless these days. We crave iconic photos of celebrities enjoying daily life. We do not need high speed chases or peeking into someone’s backyard with a long lens. We want the real thing of life imitation art in the streets of Los Angles, New York and London.
