Hugh Jackman is a Family Man

Australian Hottie Hugh Jackman took the family out for a Sunday picnic at Heckscher Playground in Central Park.

His lovely wife, Debora-Lee Furness, and two adopted children Oscar Maximillan and Ava Eliot enjoyed their time on an unseasonably warm day in New York City, New York eating and relaxing on a blanket on the grass and enjoying the lovely day.

Sugar Shane Mosley & Smoking Everywhere Electronic Cigarettes

Sugar Shane Mosley was all smiles at the Ne-Yo Grammy After Party at Social Night Club in the VIP Section. Yes! We were there! Sugar Shane Mosley was looking great in his white Affliction T-shirt and jeans. Everyone else was pretty much dressed up with at least a suit and sometimes a tie. I wonder if he got the memo?

One thing was very strange, everyone was smoking (Note: California does not allow any indor smoking specially in public areas). Then we realized that there was a smoking theme happening at the club. Everyone was puffing on these Smoking Everywhere Cigarettes. Sugar Shane Mosley was then given a pack. He was looking a bit confused since we don’t think that he smokes.

He was then told that they were actually electronic Cigarettes which simulate smoking, or as the company states, without any side effects. He then told Shane Mosley that he can smoke it in public places since it does not contain tobacco, tar, smoke, or odor, however, It looks like a bunch of smoke to us. Nonetheless, Shane Mosley, made out like a bandit and kept the gift.

We were at The Art of Rebellion party last night at Robert Berman Gallery at Bergamot Station Gallery in Santa Monica. Really cool crowd there to see the work of 11 contemporary artists and the party was sponsored by Harley-Davidson.

Was Rihanna Assaulted by Chris Brown?

This picture was taken when Chris Brown was on a movie set, but we had no idea at the time that it could possibly be art imitating life!

It all started with some buzz on the street through fellow photographers. We were hearing rumors of an alleged assault from between two famous people. Then we heard names. Then we heard stories. We were about to make it into a Blind Item because we take this thing very seriously and do not want to allege an assault and reveal the names until we find out the whole story. But we think it’s safe to say that many sources are revealing tidbits here and there, so we will present the information and you can decide:

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Chris Brown is being investigated by the LAPD in an alleged assault on a female.

Cops have yet to release the name of the female in question.

When officers arrived they found the victim, but Brown had already left the scene, the statement reads.

The LAPD is conducting an investigation into the incident.

“The Insider” confirms that pop singer Rihanna will not be performing at tonight’s Grammys following sustaining a bruised face in what sources called a car accident. Coincidentally, Rihanna’s rumored boyfriend Chris Brown is under investigation for alleged domestic violence felony battery related to an alleged attack on a woman in a car who sustained what police call “visible injuries.”

Earlier Saturday night Brown and girlfriend Rihanna were at the Recording Academy and Clive Davis’s Pre-Grammy Gala in Beverly Hills.

When asked about Rihanna’s well being, her rep told PEOPLE, “Rihanna is well. Thank you for concern and support.”

A rep for Chris Brown did not return calls from Access who called both Rihanna and Chris Brown.

Around 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, the R&B singer and a woman were in a vehicle in L.A. when they became involved in an argument, according to a police statement. After stopping his car, Brown and the woman got out and the argument escalated. The woman suffered visible injuries and identified Brown as her attacker, according to police.

The LAPD received a 911 call reporting the disturbance. “If police locate Brown, yes, he’s subject to arrest,” Officer Harding added.

Nicky Hilton and David Katzenberg exited Il Pastaio after having lunch in Los Angeles, California. Nicky Hilton wore a black Chanel hooded sweatshirt that coordinated with a black sweat shirt her boyfriend David Katzenberg was wearing. Nicky talked on the phone for the majority of the walk back to the car, but eventually picked up a conversation with David.
