Anna Nicole Smith, the Opera?

Think you’ve heard it all? We’ll try this one on for size: Sources are reporting that from London comes word that the Royal Opera House plans a new opera based on the life of Anna Nicole Smith.

“It is not going to be tawdry, it is going to be witty, clever, thoughtful and sad,” Elaine Padmore, Covent Garden’s director of opera, told the Guardian newspaper.

“It will tell the story of her life, the people who influenced her, her progress,” Padmore said. “Clearly the story is about a woman who met an ancient gentleman in a wheelchair, but it’s not going to be a straight narrative; choices have been made about significant moments, selecting which incidents in her life are to be built up.”

Jennifer Garner Leaves the Baby at Home!

Jennifer Garner showed off her post baby bod today in Los Angeles, California. Jen used the time, sans the new baby and the family to take a shopping trip at the 26th Street Marketplace. Jennifer Garner seemed to pick up a little lunch to take home with her as she shopped solo. She wore dark denim jeans and a plaid t-shirt and looked great after just having a baby several weeks earlier.

Denise Richards left the 3rd Street Dance Studio yesterday in Beverly Hills, California looking pretty good! Denise Richards was allegedly at the Studio in preparation for her gig on Dancing With the Stars. Denise looked beautiful and refreshed after her session as she headed to her car.

What’s the Skinny on Lindsay Lohan?

We snapped Lindsay Lohan several times throughout the day yesterday! First as she went shopping at Maxfield Clothing Boutique and carried her Blackberry and purchases. Maybe all of that shopping is burning off too many calories, because Lindsay looked thinner than ever! Lindsay was all smiles and surprised to see all her paparazzi friends waiting for her just outside the store. She showed off her ginger locks by letting them flow down her back and wore black leggings with knee high boots. She also wore a black scarf.

Later on in the day, a super thin Lindsay Lohan was snapped leaving Sam Ronson’s house in the Hollywood Hills clutching a can of regular (not diet) Coke. Speaking of Coke, there are all kinds of rumors going on with Linds and her thin frame, but we won’t go there! We are just glad to see Lindsay drinking a regular soda because she surely doesn’t need the diet!
