Lily Allen exited 14 Karat Jewelry Store in Los Angeles, California in a swarm of flashing lights. A surprisingly camera shy Lily left wearing dark sunglasses, a black shirt, cut-off jean shorts over black tights and carried a black bag. We love her big “L” pendant necklace she is rocking!
