Nicky’s Phone Call

Who is Nicky Hilton talking to? Nicky arrived at the Byron and Tracey Salon in Los Angeles, California. Nicky seemed very into the conversation she was having on her cell phone and talked very animated (well, animated for her at least). Nicky almost seemed upset with the call.
