Millions Say: Yes We Did!
As the 44th President of the United States Barack Obama was inaugurated yesterday, millions around the world watched, including the residents of Harlem in New York. The President had encouraged people to hold Inauguration parties in their own neighborhoods, so that everyone could help celebrate. Thousands took his advice in this set of fotos, as grateful supporters gathered on the plaza outside the Adam Clayton Powell Jr. State Office Building in New York City, New York. The Obama inauguration was broadcast on a jumbotron set up on the plaza courtesy of Time Warner Cable.
