Joan Rivers Gives Out Beauty Tips

Comedian and TV host Joan Rivers stopped by Regis & Kelly in New York City, New York. Joan has a lot going on, she’s going to be on Celebrity Apprentice and she’s promoting her new book: Men Are Stupid… And They Like Big Boobs.
The book details how women should approach plastic surgery if they plan to get some work done.

“It’s a procedure, and you should know what’s going on and you should take it very seriously before you make your decision,” Rivers says. And Joan would know. With several doctors in the family, and getting almost everything done possible on herself, Joan is quite the expert when it comes to surgically improving herself. The book also is filled with political satire. One thing is off limits in the book though: “Obama, you cannot touch yet,” Rivers says, “because we all have such high hopes for him.”
