Country star and Disney actor Billy Ray Cyrus took his daughter Noah and their two dogs for a walk yesterday. Billy kept things casual while carrying a beverage as the two strolled in Studio City California. All of Billy’s kids have entered the music biz – do you think Noah will do the same?
