Nothing makes a hot spot more deserving of the name than having some famous peeps choose to dine there, so you can see why so many celebs are eager to lend their name to an eatery. And one of the newest famous names in the restaurant biz is Eva Longoria, who opened her Beso Restaurant earlier this year in Hollywood.
