The Hills starlet Whitney Port was all dolled up when we saw her the other day. The super-chic event she was attending? Oh, a doctor’s appointment. We saw her going in to the medical building along the trendy Bedford Avenue in Beverly Hills, California. Well, hey – you never know when there are going to be photogs around, so it’s a good thing that Whitney was prepared.
