SMeyer Has Author’s Rights

The publishing biz is a hard row to hoe, and there’s no one in the world who has learned that faster than Stephenie Meyer, the author of Twilight and its ensuing sequels. Authors are mainly private people, so it was no surprise to us that Stephenie was looking rather awkward when she walked the red carpet at the Los Angeles Premiere of her baby Twilight. We had the opportunity to meet Stephenie several years ago, before her book became a big deal. She was very kind and gracious, two traits we hope she’ll retain as she weathers this business.
