Here’s some EXCLUSIVE shots of Celebrity Rehab star and Rod’s celebuspawn Sean Stewart out and about yesterday. Sean and his mother Alana Stewart took a stroll around Beverly Hills, California. We’re thinking Sean must actually be clean, since it looks like he’s gained a bit of weight the last time we saw him leaving a club all scratched and bloody. Sean also got some help from some friends to light a cigarette. Good luck on your sobriety, Sean.
