Paris is the Self Promotion Queen

Alright, we’ll admit it - we’re just a bit addicted to her show on MTV. Looks like everyone else is still, too. Paris Hilton was followed by a swarm of photographers as she went to the Coffee Bean yesterday in Los Angeles, California. Paris entered the coffee shop and ordered a beverage while talking on the phone. She then was escorted out to her car by an employee of the Coffee Bean who helped control the crowd. Paris looked to be either really thirsty or on a drink run because she left with two drinks, one in each hand. The smart businesswoman carried a purse from her line.
