Patrick is Perfect

Patrick Dempsey, aka McDreamy, was looking very dapper and dashing when we saw him out and about yesterday. First, he stopped off for a bit of shopping at Barney’s New York and later went to United Talent Agency for a long meeting in Beverly Hills, California.
