LC Does the Charleston

Lauren Conrad was looking positively adorable in her Halloween costume on the big day. Leave it to LC to manage to not look slutty and be completely stunning on a rather bloody holiday. LC attended the Halloween Party at STK restaurant in West Hollywood, California. Lauren was dressed as a 1920’s flapper, which was a very popular costume this year!
