Kelly is a Frowny Driver

Kelly Osbourne was looking a bit out of it when we saw her driving around in a black Mercedes yesterday in Beverly Hills, California. She had a very short haircut and didn’t seem too pleased at being photographed. Psh, why the hate, Kelly? We’ve liked you since you were a pink-haired angst ball, and we don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. Kelly has a variety show in the works with the rest of her foul-mouthed (and lovable!) fam.
