Julianna Margulies was in very high spirits when we saw her a few days ago. The ex-ER actress strolled through Soho with a friend in New York City, New York. The two couldn’t stop smiling and laughing and seemed to be really enjoying the nice fall weather. We do like Julianna, but we’re still waiting for our money back from the ticket we bought for Ghost Ship. What a stinker.
