Is there any better person to mourn the death of TRL than Hilary Duff? Back when TRL was the absolute shiz, we were all watching Lizzie McGuire and listening to Backstreet Boys on the commercials. It’s nice to see that Hilary was there to appreciate the bygone times at the MTV studios in Times Square yesterday. We love Hil’s sheer black dress – so chic and beautiful.
