Who Needs Beverly Hills?

Who needs a fancy zip code when you have this fancy crib to call home? If you’ve been reading the posts today, you’ll know that we’re showing you the new posh place to settle down is in The San Fernando Valley. Here we have the home of Ashley Tisdale:

Ashley’s home often appears small from the front but look how far back it stretches! This Spanish inspired multi-level home has a detached garage and a private pool. It is also next door to Haylie Duff!

Located not to far from her home, is Ashley’s favorite place, her local Coffee Bean. That’s right, this is the place we see Ashley at almost every morning grabbing her morning drink. This ain’t on Rodeo Drive people, it’s like, soo in the Valley!

Next up we have the stylish home of Disney Heartthrob Zac Efron. Zac calls this complex home and it’s right in reach all of Zac’s favorite hotspots too.

This is Patys Diner. Wanna meet a celeb or at least eat like one? Go hunker down here for an hour or two. Patys inToluca Lake, California, is home to many celebrities and entertainment industry professionals as well as great food! Plus, it’s affordable with most menu items under ten bucks! The walls are covered with memorabilia from the stars including stars like Zac Efron and the Tis.

What about this hotspot? This trendy boutique is a favorite among celebrities for that one of a kind sundress, fashionable tops & hand bags. Zac, Vanessa and Ashley were spotted there recently. Where is it located? Sherman Oaks, California!

    Zac chose that apartment complex because it was near where Vanessa was living and she’s got the new house which you didn’t mention so look for him to be moving somewhere closer to her

    Yes, Zac’s apartment is about a block from Vanessa’s parents’ house. And her new house is about a mile from his apartment.
