Shauna Sand was looking quite somber yesterday when she arrived at Coco DeVille Nightclub in West Hollywood. Is she perhaps practicing for her Halloween costume? She looks kind of spooky in an all-black dress and holding that crimson rose. We have the feeling that Shauna would prefer something with a little more pizazz…and some plastic heels, too.
