Mischa Barton shopped at the Rite Aid in Los Angeles, California. She talked on the phone nearly the whole time she was there. Now, many say that Mischa is a true fashion maven, but we think she looks like a fashion disaster here! Those rhinestones and sparkles that she is wearing look like something a 7th grader would pick out. There’s nothing bad about adding some glimmer to your outfit, but one of those flashy pieces would have been plenty – with the shoes, the bag, and the shirt, it’s just ridiculous.
