Miley Likes a Bargain

Miley Cyrus decided to break up the monotony of a rainy day here in L.A. yesterday. The Hannah Montana actress went shopping with friends at Forever 21 in Pasadena, California. Miley was surrounded by a large amount of people who accompanied her, including friends and bodyguards. Miley and a blond friend who was with her held hands as they smiled for the photographer and left the store. We kinda love that MIley is down with Forever 21, who is known selling inexpensive yet fairly chic pieces.
