Jacko Appears on Melrose

Michael Jackson made a very rare appearance yesterday when he visited several antique shops in West Hollywood, California. Michael shielded his face from the cameras and then smiled and made a peace sign as he went to the Off the Wall Store on Melrose Avenue. The oft-broke King of Pop purchased a silver model airplane there. Michael wore all black and used an umbrella as a cane. It’s kind of odd to see the notorious recluse making an appearance at one of the known paparazzi hangouts, but Michael seemed to be soaking up the attention, greeting fans and signing autographs.
