Lindsay Lohan is certainly a paparazzi darling, and things got bad enough yesterday that Lilo had to be escorted by a group of bodyguards! Lilo and a friend drove around Santa Monica, California yesterday, and Sam was nowhere to be seen. Lindsay took a shopping trip at Fred Segal and looked great as she was talking on her cell phone. She also enjoyed an icy beverage while looking quite summery in her leggings and steel-toed boots. Did she perhaps buy those boots in case any unscrupulous photographers were to get too close?
