Dancing With the Stars beauty Karina Smirnoff arrived at the CoCo Deville Nightclub in West Hollywood, California a few days ago, looking absolutely elegant as she was escorted by a male friend. She wore a low cut black dress and carried a pastel clutch. Karina’s partner on DWTS this cycle is celebrity chef Rocco DiSpirito.
