Hilary is Happy to Be Here

Hilary Duff engaged in a bit of retail therapy a few days ago at the Fred Segal store in West Hollywood, California. Hil came out with a happy look on her face for our photog, so we’re guessing she must have scored a deal or something. Hilary has recently been spotted with her hockey-love Mike Comrie. We’re happy that our little Lizzie has found a good man.
