Taylor Will Mess You Up

Holy shit, is that really Taylor Momsen? We could barely recognize the child starlet when we saw her on the set of the TV series Gossip Girl, which was filming yesterday in Soho, New York City. Taylor was rocking what appeared to be an 70’s punk throwback, wearing heavy eye make-up and a black and white checkered dress. Man, we hope this isn’t a permanent look for Taylor. It is way too harsh for a lass of her age, if you ask us.
