Nicole Richie was not a hot mess when she attended the Marc Jacob fashion show yesterday in New York City, New York. We’d call this look more messy than anything – it looks like she’s sporting a trashbag for a skirt and the twist ties that came with it on her forehead. Nicole is a beautiful girl, we hate it when she wears this potato sack crap.
