The Backstage Door Foto!

It has not been a big secret that many of the most beautiful paparazzi fotos came from standing outside the backstage door. The trick works all over the world and it used to be easy. Back in the day, you just would wait until the performance is over while watching for the limo or the security starting to build up, stand back and when the door opens with the talent you take the foto! Today it is not that easy and it needs to be planned methodically. It is an art that should be left to the professionals today.

This beautiful photograph was done by Christopher Peterson yesterday of Katie Holmes as she departed the Schoenfeld Theater, where she appears in Arthur Miller’s play “All My Sons”, for a dinner break.
