Taylor has an Older Aura

Taylor Momsen was looking much older when we saw her walking around the Upper East Side with her puppy in between takes of Gossip Girl, which was filming yesterday in New York City, New York. Taylor looked very stylish in a grey scarf, sunglasses and metallic black leggings. It’s hard to believe that this girl is the same age as little Dakota Fanning.
